I am a Software Engineer proficient in Agile environments, Automated Testing and DevOps tools; which improve the quality of output and release schedules to achieve organizational objectives.
My daily cup of coffee involves planning the roadmap of a product from its infancy to launch. This involves communicating with customers and stakeholders to know what they really want is important and then liase with my fellow engineers to ship the expected releases; as well as ensure they perform well and meet industry-level standards.

An advocate for testability, driving best quality engineering practices and defect prevention.
Maintaining automated test suites and tracking their usage.

Interviewing new staff.
Led a QE team on the high-profile myCounty Ecosystem project, which is a partnership between Safaricom and the Kenyan County Governments. This was a solution to streamline collection of revenue.
